In 2014, I started The Corker Collective. Passionate about the power of people, I wanted to add human horsepower to purpose-driven organizations. I had the pleasure of leading an incredible team, learning every leadership lesson possible and loving every Monday as if it were a Friday. What began as a recruitment business, grew to become deeply invested in leadership development and personal transformation. Our mission was to renovate what was possible in your life so that you could love every moment, even the tough ones. Our big idea was that: YOU can change your life today.

In 2024, we closed the recruitment side of the practice and sold the leadership development business to ViRTUS Inc., where our signature programs are still available to transform how you lead with heart.
