Growing up as a competitive swimmer, I was never sure there was a life beyond the black line in the bottom of the pool. Lucky enough, I moved west in 2004 and quickly discovered a love of running in the trails, triathlons and most of all: adventure. This quest for the endorphin-high has taken me across Ironman finish lines (including the 2016 Ironman Canada amateur win!), copious marathon start lines and bagging heaps of mountain peaks. While my sweaty goals continue to shift, my desire to uncover what’s humanly possible (for me!) is hardly satiated.
