Transforming the front yard of my house was one of the more ambitious projects I have taken on. Many truck loads of soil, compost and rocks later, the beds were built and the seeds were planted. This was a project in thoughtfulness, hard work, design and a lot of prayers that these seeds would grow!

And grow they did -- into a front yard farm with hundreds of potatoes, multiple crops of vegetables and even our first pumpkin patch. The sense of community and the commitment to hydration felt like this was a garden project of core values personified.
