A believer in all things being possible.
An athlete, a vita-mixer, a wanna-be-yogi.
A goal setter + goal crusher.
A passionate soul who is committed to living a life beyond my wildest dreams!
2013 is gonna look and feel like this…
lots of laughs; loaded with love. the architect of my very own juicy life. airplanes + road trips; adventures galore. home base in vangroovy; cabins for getaways. financially abundant + totally generous. sexy, healthy + glowing like a girl. speedy friggen running! great sleeps every night; awake to delicious green smoothies every morning; goals on chalkboards; new start lines + faster finish lines; family feels near – we visit often; innovative, different, perfectly me; create create create; lots of play; really cool partnerships + relationships; from farmer’s markets to stages, flip flops to black tie - we do it all; holding hands, always.
It’s a really sweet life and it’s so nice to meet you!
Because sharing my Vision is sharing Vulnerability…my vision for my life in 2022…
ALOHA from Hawaii!
Salty hair, bare feet, tanned skin , a 6pack and a sweet lil sun dress are my norm! My Man + our lil ones live in a rad beach house in Hawaii, with our Canadian home in Vancouver and trips to Ontario for the summers. Our families come to visit often and stay for long whiles – we laugh lots, surf together and eat deliciously healthy food. Bro, his Man and his munchkin visit us monthly. Family is of utmost importance. I spend my days injecting juice on people innovation into organizations thru consulting gigs and board work. I share my experience of sport to inspire people to live their dream as the healthiest version of themselves. I train for Kona annually and draw a modest salary o’abundance simply from sponsors who are aligned to “doing impossible things”. As a family, we own a retreat center (think yoga/surf/sport/smoothies) + attract athletes from around the world to come and train for their best life with us. My Man surfs daily with our kids; I’m his biggest fan. Together, we share a juicy love and create a life that is hardly ordinary. My Brother is on the cover of magazines and is known as the family celebrity. He comes to Hawaii to escape the paparazzi. My Mom has fallen in love with an amazing dude who sports salt+pepper hair and has given her the gift of love and confidence. My Dad continues to gallivant the globe and stops by on his journeys often; he adores life as a Grandpa. Life is full of abundance, beautiful people + big big love! We set goals, crush dreams, live modesty + generously…we live with serious aloha! Mahalo, xo

Hi Steph, was just reading through your blog about your amazing cycling journeys. I am in no way an advanced cyclist but your posts inspired me to keep up with my day-to-day riding! Since you’re from Vancouver I thought I’d let you know about this leather handlebar bag made by Vancouver based designer Ora Bags. If you’d like more info, please feel free to email me at heidi@delacruzpr.com

Hey Steph, I wonder – is there a Goals Crusher group that is affiliated with Lululemon that creates a community that encourages and inspires others and supports everyone in their quest for an amazing life? I am totally inspried by your goals and dreams, but wonder if there is a “community” where someone can share and support and gain inspiraiton from others? As you can tell, I am a newbie to all this but am in line to make 2013 my most amazing year, but would love a group to move through the year with. If this is a crazy thought, no worries. Kick ass in 2013!!
